The floral artist’s design philosophy is: Keep it clean and beautiful, strive for the unique, and always view each client as an individual. “Whether I am working in refined tones or brilliant color sprays, I apply Asian sensibility expressed through contemporary styling to create simple to elaborate custom designs,” says Mr. Chen.
